'Sardar' director gets special gift following huge success! - Viral photos

Karthi's much-anticipated spy thriller film 'Sardar' stormed the silver screens a couple of weeks ago. The movie gained good word of mouth from general audience and the critics as well and minted more than Rs 85 crores at the box office according to the official reports. Soruces say that the collection is marching towards Rs 100 crores.

Director PS Mithran helmed this film produced by Prince Pictures. Meanwhile, the latest hot news is that producer Lakshman Kumar has gifted a Lanson Toyota car to director PS Mithran following the film's success. It is worth mentioning that the makers already had a success press meet in Chennai and announced the movie's sequel in the event.

Sardar stars Karthi in a dual role with Raashii Khanna, Rajisha Vijayan, Chunky Panday, Laila, Rithvik, Munishkanth, Ashwin Kumar and Yugi Sethu in prominent roles. The film has music composed by GV Prakash Kumar, with cinematography doned by George C Williams, and film edited by Ruben.
