The highly anticipated film, 'Mark Antony' starring Vishal & SJ Suryah, is coming to cinemas on September 15. Now, the latest reports suggest that actor Karthi has played a vital role in this sci-fi gangster movie. Yes, Karthi is going to be the narrator of Mark Antony and he has given voice over in the film.

Notably, Karthi's narration was present in the Mark Antony trailer which was released last week. There was also an animated shot of Karthi narrating the story. This news has doubled the expectations of the fans. The songs and trailer of Mark Antony is a huge hit already. Vishal and SJ Suryah play the titular gangster roles in this flick.

Mark Antony is directed by Adhik Ravichandran and produced by Vinod Kumar under Mini Studio. The star cast comprises Vishal, SJ Suryah, Sunil, Ritu Varma, Selvaraghavan, Redin Kingsley, YG Mahendran, Abhinaya, Vishnupriya and many others. GV Prakash scored the music with DOP by Abinandan Ramanujam and edited by Vijay Velukutty.

On the work front, actor Karthi will be next seen in the socio entertainer 'Japan' directed by Raju Murugan. He is simultaneously shooting for 'Karthi 26' co-starring Krithi Shetty and directed by Nalan Kumarasamy in which he plays a MGR fan. Karthi also has his 27th film, to be directed by Premkumar of '96' fame. Aravind Swamy plays a key role in Karthi 27 with DOP by PC Sreeram.
