Actor Karthi, who last had a release with the romantic entertainer Dev, has wrapped his next, Kaithi directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, and the movie is due for release this month. On the other hand, he is working on two movies simultaneously.

The actor had started working on his Jeetu Joseph movie co-starring Jyothika and was shooting in Goa and Ooty, and had also completed the first schedule of his family entertainer directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan who had earlier directed Remo and produced by Dream Warrior Pictures.

It has been revealed that the actor will now resume shooting of his Bakkiyaraj Kannan movie from July 10, and this schedule will also feature the film's heroine, debutant Rashmika Mandanna. This movie, which is said to have been titled as Sultan will also star KGF fame Garuda and have music by Vivek - Mervin.
