Actor Karthi's 'Theeran Adhigaram Ondru' has completed 25 days of theatrical run across Tamil Nadu. This coincides with another feat achieved by the film by collecting over Rs.6 crores from theatricals across Chennai. 

Directed by H.Vinoth who made his debut with the critically acclaimed super hit 'Sathurangavettai' in 2014, 'Theern' is a film based on true incidents and group of criminals who involved in robbery and murders. The film was highly appreciated for its content, backed by heavy research and also presentation. Karthi had given life to the cop character with his smart looks and apt body language 

In Chennai, 'Theeran' is still enjoying a successful run in theaters. In the weekend (Dec 8 to 10), the film was running in 10 screens and it has had 68 shows screened in three days. With a superb 90% occupancy, the film has collected Rs.20,18,754 in the weekend. The overall collection of the film in Chennai is pegged at Rs.6,08,43,219. This the highest collection for a Karthi starrer in the city. 

The trade has already declared the film as a 'Hit'.
