Prince Pictures has officially announced that 'Sardar 2' has gone on the floors, with filming set to commence on July 15th in Chennai. PS Mithran is returning to direct the sequel of this celebrated spy thriller. Photos from the puja ceremony are already making rounds online. While the casting details remain under wraps, it is expected that a Bollywood actor will play the villain.

Yuvan Shankar Raja steps in as the composer for 'Sardar 2,' taking over from GV Prakash Kumar. The film's visual grandeur will be captured by cinematographer George C. Williams, with seamless editing by Vijay Velukutty. Art direction will be led by Raajevan, and the thrilling stunts will be coordinated by Dhilip Subbarayan.
