Karthi's biggie with director Nalan Kumarasamy officially announced! - 'Karthi 26' pooja video

We all know that Karthi has been shooting for 'Karthi 26' under Nalan Kumarasamy's direction since last year. Finally, the team has officially announced this project by unveiling the pooja video on social media today. This is the 27th production of KE Gananavel Raja's Studio Green.
Suriya, Sivakumar and Gautham Karthik graced the event as guests while Karthi and the team were present. 'Karthi 26' is said to be a quirky tale about legendary actor and politician MGR's biggest fan. Adding fuel to the reports, the makers had the clapboard in front of MGR's picture during the pooja. The 2-minute clip is doing rounds on the internet now.
Sivakumar performed the pooja rituals and Suriya did the first clap for the movie. The team announced that the title and first look are coming soon at the video's end. Buzz is that 'Karthi 26' is titled 'Vaa Vaathiyare'. The cast and crew details will be unveiled along with the first-look poster. Karthi is parallelly working on director Premkumar's 'Karthi 27'.
