Karthi's romantic duet in association with Mani Ratnam and starring Aditi Rao Hydari has a title change. It's now 'Cheliyaa'.

As is known, Dil Raju will release the Telugu version. This is yet another association after the successful 'OK Bangaram'. Touted to be an emotional entertainer, Aditi broke into tears after reading the script.

Music is by AR Rahman. Cinematography is by Ravi Varman, whereas editing is by Srikar Prasad. The story, screenplay and direction are by Mani Ratnam. Produced jointly by Mani Ratnam and Shirish, it's presented by Dil Raju.
