Karthi’s Kaithi targets release!

Actor Karthi who was last seen in the adventurous romantic entertainer Dev will be seen next in the action packed thriller movie Kaithi directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj who had made his debut with the hit Maanagaram, and produced by Dream Warrior Pictures SR Prabhu.

The teaser of Kaithi released before few weeks had received tremendous positive response and had raised the expectations on the movie, and now it has been speculated in the industry circles that the team is planning to release Kaithi on July 19. Dream Warrior pictures is planning to release their production Ratchasi starring Jyothika on June 28, and this will be a good gap.

Kaithi is completely shot in night schedules for 62 nights, and revolves around a prison break incident happening in four hours, with Karthi playing a gangster. The movie also stars Narain, Dheena, Vatsan,  Kanna Ravi, and does not feature songs or a female lead. Kaithi has music by Sam CS.
