Suriya and Karthi are the most successful siblings in Indian cinema with both enjoying superstardom in the South. The brothers have joined together for their second film as producer and hero with 'Viruman' which is releasing worldwide on August 12th with high expectations.

In an exclusive interview with us Karthi shared that he planned to direct Suriya in a biopic and joked that he had written the script uptill the title. He refused to divulge on whose life the film is based on indicating that he might work on it again in the future. It is well known that Karthi started his film career as an assistant director to Mani Ratnam in 'Aayudha Ezhuthu' and it was at that time that he came up with the idea of directing Suriya.

Fans are now more eager to see the charismatic stars together on screen especially Suriya reprising his terrifying villain role as Rolex from 'Vikram' and Karthi as Dhilli from 'Kaithi'. Lokesh Kanagaraj has hinted that there is a likelihood of such a film happening in the future.

'Viruman' produced by Suriya is directed by Muthaiya with Yuvan Shankar Raja handling the music. The film stars Karthi, Aditi Shankar, Raj Kiran, Soori, Prakash Raj, Karunaas, Singampuli, Vadivukarasi, Ilavarasu, Saranya Ponvannan, R.K. Suresh and Manoj Bharathiraja.
