Actor Karthi is presently shooting for director Mani Ratnam's 'Kaatru Veliyidai' and he has been simultaneously dubbing for his upcoming mega budget fantasy-horror flick 'Kaashmora'.

The shooting of this ambitious flick directed by Gokul was completed in June. Now Karthi has announced that he has completed the dubbing process for all the three characters he has played in the film which will have a contemporary as well as a period setting.

Karthi has named it as one of the most challenging and tiring experience yet a gratifying one after director Selvaraghavan's historic fantasy 'Aayirathil Oruvan'.

This marks the completion of an important process in the progress of the film as the post-production team has been working hard to bring the film to the screens in October last as a grand Diwali 2016 treat.

Karthi plays Kashmora, a contemporary youngster who involves in black magic and Raj Nayak a warrior with grey shades who lived many centuries ago. The third character played by him has been retained as a suspense element.

Produced by S.R.Prakash Babu and S.R.Prabhu under the Dream Warrior Pictures banner the film stars Nayanthara and Sridivya as female leads. Santhosh Narayanan has rendered the musical score. .
