Karthi is set to star alongside Aravind Swamy in the upcoming rural drama Meiyazhagan, which is scheduled to hit theaters on September 27th. Directed by Premkumar, the film explores the theme of friendship between its two lead characters. In a recent update, the filmmakers have officially announced the details for the audio launch event.
2D Entertainment revealed that the grand audio launch for Meiyazhagan will take place on August 31st. The music for the film is composed by Govind Vasantha. The event will feature live appearances by the entire cast and crew, and Karthi's brother, Suriya, is also expected to attend. There is speculation that Suriya might address the rumors surrounding the release date of his upcoming film, Kanguva, during the event.
Fans are eagerly anticipating this high-profile event. Meiyazhagan also features an ensemble cast including Rajkiran, Sri Divya, Swathi Konde, Devadarshini, Jayaprakash, Sriranjani, Ilavarasu, Karunakaran, Saran Shakthi, and others.
