Ilayaraja to collaborate with Yuvan Shankar Raja again? - Hot buzz

Karthi and Aditi Shankar starrer 'Viruman' is all set to hit the screens worldwide on August 12. The lead pair is currently on a promotional tour. They traveled to Madurai, Malaysia, Chennai and Kerela over the last few days.

Viruman is produced by Surya-Jyothika's 2D Entertainment and directed by Muthaiya. Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing music for the film. The songs were launched in the grand audio launch event that happened in Madurai on August 3. As per the latest reports, the composer has a surprise song in the movie which will be the title track.

Sources suggest that the legendary Ilayaraja has sung the opening song of 'Viruman'. Following Yuvan and Raja's recent combo in Vijay Sethupathi's 'Maamanidhan', the father-son duo has teamed up again for the 'Viruman' title track. The film is about a father-son relationship.

The movie, also stars Karunas, Soori, Rajkiran, RK Suresh, Vadivukkarasi, Manoj Bharathiraja, Saranya Ponvannan, Singam Puli, Ilavarasu, Vasumithra, Rajkumar, Indraja, Arundhati, Myna Nandhini and Indhumathi, has Selvakumar SK as cinematographer and Venkat Raajen as editor.
