The past week saw another video leak of veteran actor and philanthropist Sivakumar pushing away the cellphone of an unknown man who tried to take a selfie during a wedding. Sivakumar's younger son Karthi has opened up about the issue stating that the public should be aware of how to use the cellphone and also learn to seek permission before clicking a celebrity.

Karthi has elaborated that even though his father could have controlled his angry reaction it is also very irresponsible of the man to have tried to click even after Sivakumar's aide had told him that he would get the actor to pose after meeting the newlyweds. He has also criticized the person who shot the incident and shared it on social media as if it was a "Me Too" issue. Karthi's new film 'Dev' costarring Rakul Preet Singh released on February 14th as a Valentine's Day special.
