Karthi is all set to treat the fans with his 25th film 'Japan' this Diwali. Now, the hot buzz in Tinsel Town is that the makers have planned massive promotions for the movie, starting this weekend. Notably, we have already broke to you that the grand audio launch event of Japan is planned to take place in Chennai on October 28.

We have learnt that the first single of Japan is coming out this Saturday (October 14th). The film's teaser will be unleashed on October 18th and it will be attached to Thalapathy Vijay's 'Leo' which is releasing on the 19th. The teaser will be screened in all theatres across the state through Leo. The music launch ceremony will be held at the Nehru Indoor Stadium with all the cast and crew in attendance.

Raju Murugan has written and directed Japan, produced by Dream Warrior Pictures. Karthi plays the titular role of a thief in this racy entertainer with Anu Emanuel, Sunil, Vijay Milton, Vaagai Chandrasekhar and others. The film has music by GV Prakash, DOP by Ravi Varman, editing by Philomin Raj and stunts by Anl Arasu.
