At a time the farmers of Karnataka are finding it tough to cultivate in northern part for lack of sufficient rain and the cloud seeding also not supporting, here is a film from Banakar Films ‘Karnataka Raitha Rajya’. That means Karnataka is a state of farmers.

That is true but the fate of farmers all over is not in fine tune. We had seen many farmers suicide for not remitting bank loans as the natural rainfall failed in the last so many years.

A film with the title ‘Karnataka Raitha Rajya’ is complete with talkie portions of shooting at Rattehalli and Belagavi. The post production is in brisk progress. The film dedicated to every farmer of the state is heading for release in a months time.

Kurudi Banakar has written story, screenplay, lyrics directed the film and produced it. S Bali is cameraman, Abhishekh composed music, Ultimate Shivu stunts, Ramesh S Patil dance add to the credit of this film.

Abhay, Parie, Avinash, Amith, Somajja, Pandu, Vidya, Dr M Revanna Siddaiah, Sumathri Sri, Annapoorna and others are in the cast.
