Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor and husband Sunjay Kapur were going through a bad phase in life. They have finally reached an agreement for separation before the Supreme Court. The agreement says that, the children will stay with Karisma, while Sunjay would only get visitation rights.

The Supreme Court has also quashed the FIR lodged by Karisma against Sunjay and her in-laws. While Karisma, has now become a proud owner of the Mumbai home once owned by Sunjay`s father. Sunjay wanted the transferring of the divorce petition from Mumbai to Delhi because he was warned by underworld don Ravi Pujari against entering the city.

Karisma and Sunjay had moved a mutual consent divorce petition before the court in 2014 and the consent was later withdrawn. As both the celebs had differences that cropped up between the two over the financial settlement as well as the children`s custody.

The couple has two kids, Samaira and Kiaan from their 13-year-old marriage who will be staying with Karisma, while Sunjay would only get visitation rights.
