Shraddha Kapoor, who was shooting for the second schedule of ‘Haider’ in Kashmir, recently got a chance to meet and interact with one of the officers who fought the Kargil War.

Quoted our source, "When the actress was shooting there, she happened to meet one of the officers, Rashid War and briefly spoke to him about his experiences. Listening to the officer’s story first hand was an emotional experience for Shraddha Kapoor. She had only heard and read lots about this heavily impactful war. But to hear about it from the officer himself was a different experience altogether."

When contacted, the ‘Aashiqui 2’ beauty confirmed the news and said, "It was lovely to meet and chat with the Kargil officer as he was sharing his experiences with me."

Currently Shraddha has been shooting for two films ‘Haider’ with Shahid Kapoor and ‘The Villain’ opposite Sidharth Malhotra.
