Only recently news was out that Kareena Kapoor has been considered to play the lead in filmmaker Raj Kumar Gupta's film, titled 'Section 84', where she was supposed to play a character with mental disorder. However, looks like one has to drop the dream of watching the actress in such an intense character... For, Kareena said to have dropped the project, as per latest reports.

Talks are that the 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' beauty was not happy with the script and so, she opted out of the film. Apparently she was also not quite satisfied to continue, after Salman Khan dropped the plans of producing the film.

However, Gupta rubbished such rumours and claimed that they parted ways with Kareena mutually as things didn't work out as planned. As for Salman's exit, Gupta also clarified that from the beginning Eros has been on board.

As the title denotes, the movie is based on Section 84 of the Indian Penal Code and inspired from a real-life story.
