Fans are in for a very unlikely combination as filmmakers Hansal Mehta and Ekta Kapoor are going to team up for an upcoming project. Respectively, they are going to act as the director and producer of Kareena Kapoor's next film. Kareena Kapoor shared a picture with the duo on her instagram account with the caption, "New beginnings."

Sharing the same pic in his account, Hansal Mehta wrote, "They are incredible women and I’m thrilled to be working with them (and to be in the same frame as them) Looking forward to this journey @kareenakapoorkhan and @ektarkapoor." Ekta Kapoor stated, "Collaborating with some of the finest and most talented people @kareenakapoorkhan and @hansalmehta … can't wait to begin this exciting journey together!"

The film is yet to titled and it's going to be Kareena's first project after the birth of her second son, Jeh. Currently, she also has Aamir Khan starrer 'Laal Singh Chadda' in the pipeline. Hansal Mehta on the other hand has his focus on miltiple projects. He recently announced a thriller starring Kartik Aaryan, titled 'Captain India'.
