As reported earlier 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu' (EMAET) - UTV breezy coming of age flick in association with Dharma Productions was expected to provide more sweetness to lovers on the occasion of Valentine’s Day and ditto the same happened. Couples all over where seen dancing and humming the tunes of the Imran Khan-Kareena Kapoor starrer on Valentine’s Day as it brought cheers to the box office.

'EMAET' has seen a phenomenal opening in its first 10 days at the box office! Produced by UTV Motion Pictures and Dharma Productions, the film has collected Rs. 37.75 cr. nett at the domestic box office and 3.2 Million USD in the overseas market.

Ace direction from debutant Shakun Batra, brilliant performances from Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor and its upbeat music, have had the movie mesmerizing audiences across the globe in the week of its release!

The movie, scoring superbly high in the overseas market, has given Imran Khan his highest overseas opening till date. Grossing 2.9 million USD in the top 5 markets of US, Gulf, UK, Australia and Pakistan, the movie witnessed a massive Valentine’s Day jump in the UK and Australia. In fact in the UK and Australia, the numbers for 14th February were the almost the same as the opening day numbers! In North America it grossed 1 Million USD in just nine days.

On the domestic front, the movie picked up pace from the opening day grossing Rs. 21.5 cr nett during the weekend and approximately Rs. 37.75 crore cumulatively at the end of 10 days, with Valentine's Day giving it a huge boost mid week.
