Sidharth Malhotra starrer war drama 'Shershah' was one of the best movies of 2021 and it won under multiple categories in recently held 67th Filmfare Awards. Based on the life and extraordinary exploits of Kargil war hero Captain Vikram Batra, 'Shershah' won the Best Picture award and Vishnuvardhan also bagged Best Director award for this project.

Soon after this, Karan Johar who bankrolled the film, took to Instagram to thank Sidharth Malhotra for involving him in this passion project.
