Actor Karan celebrated his birthday on the sets of his under production film 'Kanagavel Kakka'. The film is produced by Kevinbala.

Karan, who started his film career as a villain worked hard to make the transition as hero. Another notable fact is that despite his talent for acting he was not considered for many roles because he was obese. Karan sweated it out to get into shape and then was cast as hero. Clinging on to the position with tremendous hard work, the actor has a name to reckon with especially among rustic audiences.

During his birthday celebrations, Karan declared that he loves to work with first time directors as their passion to cinema is on a high. He was also of the view that he was keen to introduce fresh talent to the industry.
