As we all know Ilayathalapathy Vijay's 'Theri' will be hitting the screens on April 14 and the advance bookings will be starting tomorrow in all theaters across Tamil Nadu.

As the release date clashes with the Tamil New Year holiday most of the theaters across the state are expected to have pre-dawn and early morning special shows.

Ilayathalapathy Vijay is one star who commands a tremendous fan base among women and children. Now we learn that for the first time there will be a special show for women and children for 'Theri'.

Sathyan Theater in Karaikudi of Tamil Nadu has organized a special morning show at 7 am on the release day of 'Theri' and only women and children will be allowed for that show.

This is probably the first time a special show meant for ardent fans of star is being organized for women and children and this is yet another proof for Vijay's popularity among the family audiences.

'Theri' has been directed by Atlee and produced by Kalaipuli.S.Thanu. The film stars Vijay, Samantha and Amy Jackson in lead roles.
