Here is a title with rare thinking! That is ‘Kappu Gulabi’ – a rose in black color you wonder. There is something inside the film that relate to the title says Sunil Puranik a veteran in the field of acting, direction and writing department.
Sunil Puranik with a long innings in art field is introducing his son Sagar Puranik as one of the prominent artists of this film that has three real life incidents with romantic thrilling narration. Love is not only important in life, there is something else to do for youths as they are attached to various emotions in life says Puranik. The shoot will be held in Bengaluru, Mangaluru, Sirsi, Yallapura, Siddapura surrounding environments. Nagendra Prasad, Ghouse Peer and Vasuki Vybhav written lyrics has music from Karthik Sharma.

Nikita Narayan is college student in this film. Producer Ramesh Yadav RV son Vikramaditya is in a prominent role in the beginning of the film. Suchindra Prasad, Sudha Belawadi, Manjunath Hegde, Nagendra Shah are in supporting roles.
