The race for the white house may have just gotten hotter as famous rapper Kanye West has announced that he is in the running for the USA presidential elections to be held later this year. West who is a rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, entrepreneur, fashion designer, and politician posted on his Twitter page "We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future. I am running for president of the United States...Vision 2020."

It is however not clear as of now whether West has started the formalities of filing for the nominations in time for the elections slated to be held on November 3rd 2020 with the current President Donald Trump locking horns with Joe Biden.

Kanye West's wife Kim Kardashian West is one of the biggest reality show celebrities in the globe and the family combined have one of the largest social media following as well. While the network of the West is around 3.3 billion USD the combined worth of the couple is said to be in the region of 4 billion dollars which is equal to thirty thousand crores in INR.
