In the days of woman empowerment here is a Kannada film that gives good status for woman. Even if you go to prostitute house, you pay money and don’t take the pleasure – this is what producer of the film Hanumanthe Gowda insist addressing the media on the pre release day at Green House Raj Milan. The fallen prestige should not be further put down was his observation.
A title like ‘Kantri Boys’ is not as you think. Director of this film talks about Moggu, Bheeja and Biththane but his main crux of the matter is ‘Respect Woman’. Even in prostitute house woman should be respected.
Director Raju with writing experience in Silli Lalli, Varvargiththiru, Papa Pandu etc is very confident of success of this film. Venkat Gowda is distributor and set nearly 100 theatres for this film. The artists of the film Venu, Santosh, Jayaram Shetty, Vasanthi, Sandhya, Balaji, Suman, Soorya, Darshan co actors joined the media on the occasion of film release. Co producer Sridhar, Vijay poster man was also present.
Gaddappa the man in full swing recommended everyone to watch this film and support ‘Kantri Boys’. The pranks of boys from village tucked with a prostitute life, some tribulations in life of boys, how they overcome is part of the screenplay. Director S Raju Chitnalli has written, story, screenplay and dialogues. A promotional song is also done for this film.
Joker Hanumanthu, Hemanth Soorya, Darshan Raj, Hemanth Gowda, Bhoopal, Venkatachala, Bhadravathi Manju, Venu, Patel Rangappa, Thammayya and others are in the cast. PVR Swamy cinematography, Kiran Mahadev has composed music, Karthik edited the film.
