Prithviraj and Jayasurya are coming together for Kangaroo. After Chess, director Raj Babu has cast Prithviraj and Jayasurya together again.

J Pallasseri has scripted the screen play and dialogues for the film which has story by Anil Raj. The shooting of the film begins on 20 July.

The film produced by Silsily Biju Kaypparedan under the banner of Isabella Movie Tone, has Jagathy, Salim Kumar, Harishree Ashokan, Cochin Haneefa, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Lalu Alex, Indrans, KPAC Lalitha, Bindu Panicker and many others.

The film has two heroines. Muktha George will play one of the female lead. Salu George wields the camera for the film. The film has music by Sajiram.

Kangaroo tells the story of a young man who is forced to take care of a one year baby. The script of the film, which is a clean family entertainer, is in its final stage and will hit the theatres as a November release.
