Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut will be next seen in her upcoming movie, ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’. Earlier, the makers have already stunned us with several posters and a teaser. Adding more excitement to it, the makers have unveiled the first official trailer of the film and yes, it has left us speechless!

Today, Kangana along with the team launched the much-awaited trailer in Mumbai at Imax Wadala which was turned into her fortress. The trailer not only presented the proudest chapter in our history, but also gave us goosebumps. The 3:19 minutes long trailer shows the transformation of a young, courageous and lively girl named Manikarnika to getting married to the ruler of Jhansi, Gangadhar Rao, to a young mother who finally confronts with the Britishers. 'Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi' had been in many controversies earlier - director Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi had walked out of the movie in between and then one of the important actors from the film, Sonu Sood too had walked away in between. Finally, Kangana donned the director’s hat after Krish walked away and completed the film. The film also features Jishu Sengupta, Suresh Oberoi, Danny Denzongappa, Atul Kulkarni, Ankita Lokhande and many more. The film is all set to hit the screens on 25th January, 2019.
