'Queen' of Bollywood Kangana Ranaut is the first female actor to share the dais at Women in the World` summit that took place in London. She shares her experience from a small town to a leading star and how her struggle in the industry has brought her to this position.
Kangana talks about girls being a liability to the family and their birth as a setback. She also talks about how she struggled with English in her initial years in the industry. She ended her comment saying that someday India would be a better place to live in, when asked about on the Delhi gang rape.
Other stars who graced the dais were Meryl Streep, Nicole Kidman, First Minister of Scotland Nicole Sturgeon and Queen Rania of Jordan was also present.
