Actress Kangana Ranaut recently took to her Instagram stories to slam the social media platform for being "dumb". She stated that Instagram is dumb as it is only about pictures and doesn't really allow people to voice their opinions. Apparently, Kangana was banned from Twitter last year after sharing some genocidal remarks and since then, she has been using her Instagram stories to share her thoughts and the fact that stories get deleted after 24 hours is the reason of her frustration.

So instead of doing the logical thing like sharing her opinions in the form of Instagram posts or saving the stories on highlights, Kangana decided to slam Instagram for not being Twitter. She wrote, "Dumb Instagram is all about pictures, whatever opinion one writes disappear next day, as if everyone is a fickle, frivolous, dumbo who doesn’t want to see what he/she wrote day before because they anyway don’t mean what they say so it rather disappears.”

Without caring to use proper punctuation, Kangana continued, "But what about some of us who mean everything they say and want to document their thoughts, for people who care to delve into them start a dialogue or conversation, these are mini-blogs which should be open for interpretations for the sake of the growth of the subject and the object both.”

On the work front, Kangana is currently working on her upcoming directorial venture 'Emergency' in which she'll be seen playing late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
