Actress Kangana Ranaut will soon be seen in the film 'Thalaivi' in which she will essay the role of actor turned politician J Jayalalithaa. The movie is based on the life of former Tamil Nadu chief minister. On the death anniversary of Jayalalithaa, Kangana paid tribute to her by sharing few stills from her film.

In the pictures Kangana can be seen in the character of Jayalalithaa. She shared three pictures on her Twitter account. In the first one she is walking with grace wearing a crisp white saree. In second she can be seen in a room full of men having a discussion while in the last one she is serving food to children.

She shared the pictures with the caption, "On the death anniversary of Jaya Amma, sharing some working stills from our film Thalaivi- the revolutionary leader. All thanks to my team, especially the leader of our team Vijay sir who is working like a super human to complete the film, just one more week to go."
