Actress Kangana Ranaut constantly keeps herself in limelight with her social media posts and recently she did it again by sharing few advices for people having post Covid-19 complications. Kangana, who herself contracted the virus few months ago, took to her Instagram stories, and wrote a rather lengthy note about how to get your body back on track and strengthen it after suffering from the virus.
She wrote, "All those who have had covid or the vaccine please check your vitamin d3 and b12 levels, start these supplements regardless, also work on strengthening your body and organs....through yoga, daily walks or any other form of exercise that you do, add meditation or pranayam to it... you may not know what your body is struggling with unless it's tested by work, circumstances or situations.. take care of yourself."
On the work front, Kangana is currently working on her debut production venture 'Tiku Weds Sheru' which stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui. She'll also be seen headlining action films like 'Dhaakad', 'Tejas' and 'Manikarnika Returns'.
