Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has been known for delivering national award winning performances in movies like Queen, Tanu weds Manu returns, Fashion etc and of late has been getting embroiled in various controversies.

The actress who had debuted in Tamil with the Jayam Ravi starrer Dhaam Dhoom is returning to Tamil with Thalaivi, the biopic of former TN chief minister Jayalalithaa, directed by AL Vijay. Now the actress has returned to shooting after lockdown and has praised AL Vijay as a talented and very affectionate director.
