In her last successful film 'Tanu Weds Manu Returns', Kangana Ranaut had sported a short hair for her character as Datto. However buzz is that the 'Queen' beauty is yet again going for the cropped hair style - this time for Vishal Bhardwaj's next 'Rangoon'.

As per media sources, Kangana plays a broadway dancer in 'Rangoon', the story of which is set against the backdrop of World War II. For her character, the actress needed to wear the pixie look and it is said that Kangana recently went for the look-test for the same.

Besides, being a musical film, Kangana needs to brush up her dance skills as well. 'Rangoon', which is scheduled to start shooting in couple of months, also stars Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor in lead.

Meanwhile, Kangana's latest film 'Katti Batti', where she is paired opposite Imran Khan, is slated to hit screens on September 18th.
