Actress Kangana Ranaut's sister Rangoli Chandel is celebrating her birthday today. On the ocassion, Kangana took to her Instagram to wish her by posting some pictures of their celebration and penning down a heartfelt note. She presented her sister with an adorable puppy and named him Happy Chandel.

In her post, Kangana wrote, "Happy birthday to my one and only, though Rangoli is always happy and giggly but I know essentially deep down she is a mom, here’s another addition to her family.... friends meet Gappu Chandel." Rangoli also shared these pics on her instagram and thanked Kangana for the wishes and gift. She went on to say that she always wanted a puppy but from Kangana.
