After treating audiences with the amazingly talented actors - Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao’s brilliant performance in ‘Queen’, the duo were all set to amaze us once again in their second collaboration – ‘Mental Hai Kya’ which was supposed to be released on March 29, 2019. But now, according to a latest report, the Prakash Kovelamudi directorial’s black comedy has been pushed to May for the release. However, the date is yet to be finalized.

It is said that the ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ actress had requested the makers to postpone the date because she wanted a breather between her recent release ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ and ‘Mental Hai Kya’. As the latter film is coming exactly two months after ‘Manikarnika's release, which implies that she would have to immediately dive into the film's promotions, hence she wishes to space out her films.

And moreover, the patchwork of the film is yet to complete as the actress was busy shooting for ‘Manikarnika’ since she had to shift dates that had to be re-shot again. So the makers also have decided it is better to push the release in May.
