It's been exactly 76 years since one of the greatest wars history has ever seen, World War II, started. The war, which started on 1st September, 1939, ended on 2nd September, 1945. Over 2.5 million brave Indian soldiers fought in the war.

Taking this as backdrop and how a girl named Seethadevi inspired a young man, Dhoopati Haribabu (Varun Tej), fight in the war, Krish is making the film 'Kanche'. The teaser of the film shows that the film has a good love story and is in the backdrop of WWII. But if the trailer is anything to go by, there is more than just love and war.

The protagonist not just fights on the behalf of his country, but also for his love. Seems there is a lot of research has gone into the film and Varun Tej's hardwork is evident. He must have also researched and observed a lot to get into the character. Pragya Jaiswal looks enticing. Sai Madhav Burra's dialogues are very good as usual.Chirantan Bhatt's BGM is engaging and the visuals of Gnanasekhar V.S.are breathtaking. The film is going to be a visual treat with heart melting love story, if the trailer is anything to go by.
