Kanavu Meippada Vendum Preview

Director Janaki Viswanathan, winner of the national award for her debut venture Kutty, the story of a young girl has come up with an off-beat movie Kanavu Meipada Vendum.

She says, 'through the movie I want to convey a message to the masses that a person should not be ostracised by the society due to one's birth, society, caste or religion.

The movie talks about a dancer (played by Ramya Krishnan) and the obstacles and sacrifices she has to make to come up in life.

The story, screenplay and dialogues are also by Janaki Viswanathan.

Music-composer Mahesh, who died of cancer last year, has composed the music.

Cinematography is by C J Rajkumar and art by Raja Ravi varma.
