Jayaram's Kanakasimhasanam is postponed from its original Christmas release date.
Kanakasimhasanam was thought to be an interesting film as it tells a story in the backdrop of ballet theatres. The film even had Rajasenan in the direction department and even used some of the golden melodies of the older years to increase audience attention.
Now the actor will be saddled with two back-to-back releases in January 2007, as his next film Anchil Oral Arjunan directed by Anil is also slated for release in the same month both the films are out and out family movie laced with usual Jayaram mode of sentiments and comedy.
