Versatile actor Kamal Haasan who always experiments new looks and innovative stories for his films, now surprised everyone by singing two songs for his film and that too in Telugu.

In his upcoming movie 'Manmadha Banam' a dubbed version of his Tamil 'Manmadhan Ambu', Kamal sang a song. Devi Sri Prasad composed music for both the versions of the movie and was all praise for Kamal at the audio launch of the movie in Hyderabad held on Monday.

"Kamal penned the lyrics for all the five songs of this movie in Tamil. I made him sing three songs in Tamil version of the movie. In Telugu he gave voice to two songs of which my favourite is 'Neelakasham' which I am sure will be a chartbuster. I consider it my fortune to have made him sing for my music." Devi Sri said.

While Trisha is playing the lead next to Kamal in this flick, Madhavan and Sangeeta are playing important charecters. The movie is being directed by K S Ravikumar and produced by Karunanidhi's grandson Udayanidhi Stalin.
