With Kamal Hassan’s first political convention set to happen tomorrow at Othakadai, the actor reached the temple town of Madurai where he was received enthusiastically by his fans and followers. It is also worth mentioning here that tomoprrow’s event is going to be defintely grand-scale with the presence of the Chief Ministers of Delhi and Kerala- Arvind Kejriwal and Pinarayi Vijayan respectively.

Pertaining to new entrants in politics, the working President of DMK, Stalin has stated that new poltical parties are like seasonal flowers, which bloom and wither away at the same time comparing DMK akin to a banyan tree. “Attractive paper flowers may make their entry into TN politics, but they will not exude fragrance,” he said.

However, Kamal who talked to presspersons today at Madurai has responded with a tinge of cleverness. Kamal stated that he wasn’t a flower but a seed and asked the people to sow him (give him a chance) and he will prove himself. Kamal’s clever response to Stalin has without doubt impressed his followers.
