Kamal Haasan's promise on International Women's Day

In light of International Women’s Day, Kamal had organised a Women’s meet by his party Makkal Needhi Maiam yesterday. The even saw the presence of numerous women eagerly participating. Kamal made an important promisae to the gathering.
Kamal stated that Makkal Needhi Maiam will never form alliances with ‘knaves and thieves’ and promised upon his statement too. Moreover he encouraged people to cast their vote without fail bringing about an analogy comparing poll booths to temples.
Then, Kamal also noted that the birth rate of female children in Tamil Nadu is comparitively less than other states with about 3.60 crore females losing their lives before entering the world and this should be rectified.
