Yet another Ulaganayagan’s magnum opus is in the making for all fans out there who expect grandeur and class in each of his films. Yes, we are discussing Kamal Haasan’s upcoming film ‘Viswaroopam’ for which the man himself is playing the lead, cranking the camera as well as producing.

The brain behind this show Kamal, is recently believed to have revealed why he had to take the reigns of ‘Viswaroopam’ from Selvaraghavan, who was initially supposed to direct it. According to the actor, Selva took a lot of time in pulling the film off. With the dates of the lead actors getting wasted (one of the reasons why Sonakshi had to pull off from this film) it looks like Kamal had to step in to save his project.

The cast and crew of the film, which underwent a sea of change initially, is now progressing swiftly. The film is touted to being made a la Hollywood style what with Kamal distributing bound scripts for the crew and the cast. Also, Aksharaa Haasan is assisting daddy in this film.

Rahul Bose plays the villain and Pooja Kumar is the heroine. The film’s cast also include Isha Sherwani, Andrea, Jaideep Ahalawat, Samrat Chakrabarti and last but not least Sekhar Kapoor who will be pitching in to play significant roles in this film which is believed to be a thriller.
