Karan, who got introduced through the Kamal Haasan starrer 'Nammavar' says that he has learnt from the veteran actor.

“In the tinsel town, Kamal Haasan is my guru. Whatever he taught me is helping me even now”.

He is currently shooting for 'Kandha', an action-packed entertainer. Believe it or not, Karan is a black belt in Karate and loves to do action movies.

“My expertise in the martial art has given me lot of confidence to perform in stunt sequences. It has also taught me ways to escape unhurt during risky shots. I believe the fight scenes in 'Kandha' will go down well with the fans”.

On working with debutant directors, he says, “There are many advantages in working with them. The aim of every debutant is to make his first film a super hit. For achieving that, they put in a lot of hard work. It helps me too”.
