The demise of political stalwarts like Karunanidhi and Jayalalitha has sure left a void in the Tamil Nadu politics. And now many are vying for the position with even film celebs like Kamal Haasan and Rajinikanth joining the race. Tamilisai Soundararajan of BJP has opined about Kamal’s politics.
“He has been focusing on increasing wealth for the better part of his life. Now when he criticizes the government, it’s laughable. He’s in an illusory world filled with ‘maaya’. He still believes everything is cinema. I’m asking if Tamil Nadu didn’t have any problems back then and why didn’t they voice out back then?” Tamilisai said.
