Twenty Five years on and the movie is still making news. Kamal Hassan’s unique attempt “Pesum padam” is going places and this time it’s at International film festival in Shanghai. The movie directed by Seengatham Srinivasa Rao, did not have a single word spoken throughout the movie, ironic to the movie’s title.

It was also released in Hindi and Telugu simultaneously as Pushpak and Pushpaka Vimanam. When it was released, it won reviews and now quarter of a century later it’s to be featured at Shanghai. Another movie which was exceptional last year and made heads bolt up was “Naan Ee” , and this will be another movie to screened at Shanghai film fest.
