Kolkata’s 23rd International Film Festival is set to be held between November 10 and November 17.The film festival will display about 144 films from over 65 international countries. Kamal who will be in Kolkata for the film festival will meet Mamata Bannerjee. According to some, Kamal’s frequent visits with other state leaders might hint at a political strategy aimed across the nation.
