Kamal Haasan's 'Vishwaroopam 2' the long awaited sequel to the 2013 superhit has been censored and has been awarded the UA certificate for the Tamil version by the CBFC. Meanwhile the Hindi version of the film has been censored and some of the officials have asked for 17 cuts to give a U certificate while others are of the opinion that UA is appropriate.
It is reported that all the 17 cuts are in regards to religious and political satire that Kamal had written into 'Vishwaroopam 2'. The Tamil, Telugu and the Hindi versions are expected to release sometime in late May or early June.
