The teaming up of Kamal Haasan, with the sensational young filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj for his upcoming project 'Vikram' has been a trending topic ever since it was announced in 2020. Filming would have started early 2021 if not for the COVID 19 pandemic but in all likelihood, things will start rolling in a few week's time.

We have been consistently bringing you the breaking news on 'Vikram' namely the addition of Fahaadh Faasil and Vijay Sethupathi to the cast and stunt choreographers Anbariv to the crew among others.

Now popular Malayalam hero Narain has confirmed that he is also a part of 'Vikram' and this will be his first collaboration with the Ulaganayagan. He has stated in a Mollywood interview “Vikram will be a landmark film in my career. I phoned Lokesh to wish him when the teaser for the film was out and that's when he mentioned that I'll be playing a pivotal character in the film as well. I am one of many who became interested in acting after being inspired by Kamal sir, and working with him on a film is a dream come true.”

Sources add that Kamal will be facing off five villains in 'Vikram' that includes Vijay Sethupathi, Fahaadh Faasil, Narain and Arjun Das. It is said that talks are on with another pan Indian star for the fifth antagonist role and very soon the update is expected.
