Kamal Haasan in his thanks video reveals his plans for Suriya in next movie

Kamal Haasan’s mega multistarrer ‘Vikram’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj has taken a thundering opening at the worldwide box office and is continuing to rock in the weedays as well.  It is said that the overall collections so far is nearing two hundred crores and will emerge a record breaker in its lifetime run.

Kamal Haasan has released videos in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada languages in which he has thanked the people of each region for making ‘Vikram’ the biggest success in his career.  He gave due credit to his director Lokesh Kanagaraj saying that his love for cinema and him (Kamal) was evident in every fream.  He thanked music composer Anirudh and his costars Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil, Narain, Chemban Vinod and everyone else including the nameless extras and crew members.

Kamal reserved special praise for Suriya saying that his younger brother swayed the audience in the last three minutes.  He revealed that the top hero did the role only out of love and did not recieve any remuneration.  However the Ulaganayagan promised to show his love and gratitude to Suriya multifold when they join together for their next movie.

Kamal in this video has confirmed beyond any doubts that Suriya will be returning as Rolex in ‘Vikram 3’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.  According to our sources Anirudh will be scoring the music with Fahadh Faasil and  Kamal reprising their roles from the original and Karthi joining them as Kaithi Dilli.  Fans of the franchise can now rejoice that the massive project is definately on.
